The disconnect box at the condenser is switched off before any cleaning begins. We verify power is off before touching the unit.
Clear debris from housing
Leaves, sticks, and debris are removed from inside the housing and around the base of the unit.
Rinse fins & coils
The fins and coils are rinsed from the inside out using a gentle stream — this pushes debris out through the fins without bending them.
Inspect & restore power
The unit is inspected for obvious damage or concerns before power is restored. Any issues noted are reported to you.
