Delivery & Assembly in Lancaster & York Counties, PA
IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, and big-box store items assembled correctly — no stripped bolts, no leftover parts.
Flat-pack furniture assembly is one of those jobs that looks simple and turns into a two-hour frustration. Varner Property Services assembles furniture and retail items throughout Lancaster and York Counties — correctly, efficiently, and without the stripped bolts.
We handle IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and big-box store items of all kinds: dressers, bed frames, bookshelves, desks, TV stands, storage units, shelving, and more. We bring our own tools and leave no mess behind.
Call or text John for a same-week appointment. Most single-item assemblies take under an hour.
How it works
What to expect when you book this service.
Parts check
All parts are laid out and inventoried against the parts list before assembly begins. Missing or damaged parts are identified before we start.
Assembly
The item is assembled per manufacturer instructions. Hardware is torqued properly — not just hand-tight. We follow the sequence to avoid having to backtrack.
Placement
The assembled item is moved to its final position in the room. We make adjustments until it's exactly where you want it.
Cleanup
All packaging, cardboard, and hardware bags are removed. You're left with a clean room and a properly assembled piece.
