John checks the frame condition, mesh type, and fit. If the frame is reusable, we re-screen it. If it's bent or broken, we fabricate a replacement.
Replace the screen mesh
New fiberglass or aluminum mesh is cut to size, stretched taut across the frame, and secured with a new spline. The result is a smooth, wrinkle-free screen.
Check operation and weather sealing
The repaired screen is reinstalled and checked for proper fit, smooth operation, and a tight seal around the frame to keep bugs out.
